High Volume/Fine Dining Bartender @ Ocean Front Venue
If you absolutely love seafood, fine wine, or the benefit of coming to work on the Pacific Ocean in Santa Monica, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for an experienced, team oriented and motivated Bartender to help shape a new face for our concept. A solid background and a healthy dose of fine dining experience are preferred, but a desire to be a part of our team and a great attitude is paramount. A big personality is a must. A flexible schedule is preferred and willingness to work and/or be available during the AM and on Sundays is a requirement. Ability to remain poised under pressure and in high volume situations is a must…
But most of all, applicants must be GUEST FIRST.
Excellent evening and weekend shifts are available, but also expect to work a spattering of AM shifts.
Benefits also include vacation time, 401k, and medical (certain benefits only accrue over time). Opportunity for growth is a possibility and will be based on performance and availability.
